United Coach

Mike Gout was born in Los Angeles, raised in Orange County, and moved to Ventura County in 2006 to raise his family. He followed the usual path of AYSO, to AYSO select, to club soccer with Cerritos United. He was lucky enough to have a great coach (his father) for most of his playing career, while having a number of successes at each level. Although he stopped playing competitively shortly after high school, he continued to play in men's and coed leagues for the sheer love of the game.

He started coaching about 10 years ago as a way to introduce his own daughters to the game he loved. Since then he has worked his way through the different age levels of Camarillo AYSO, and was the girls 12U all star coach for multiple seasons. Along the way he's been lucky enough to win some championships and have a lot of fun in the process.  He is a licensed CalSouth couch as a 9v9 and 11v11 Grassroots Coach and will be in charge of the MSA FC United 2006 girls team.
